How application data is stored

Application submissions are stored with the related role, candidate name, email, resume file or optional builder resume text, optional portfolio link, optional note, and submission time.

Visit records may be stored for pages such as job listings and articles to understand content performance and improve the site.

Traffic records can include the route, visit time, hashed visitor signal, coarse IP prefix, referrer, browser/device type, and approximate location only when the hosting provider sends location headers.

Access to operational records is restricted to authorized team members.
