NextJob collects only the information needed to support job discovery, applications, and site reliability.

When you apply to a role, we collect the name, email, portfolio link, and note you choose to submit.

Application details are used to review candidate interest, contact applicants, and improve the quality of open role pages.

Basic page visit records may be stored to understand which jobs and articles are useful to visitors. These records are used in aggregate for operational review.

We do not sell candidate application details.
